Love Sai Studios is a growing wellness brand with multiple locations designed to meet the growing needs and trends of the fitness community.

Our second studio, Elleses, opened in January 2026. Elleses is our bigger studio. It includes a mini gym, a sauna, 7 reformer beds, and open space for our new curated classes. We are offering one-of-kind classes and personal training in the Triad area that cater to our method of pilates and strength.
