Love Sai Studios is a growing wellness brand with multiple locations designed to meet the growing needs and trends of the fitness community.
Our first studio, LSS Collective, opened in April 2025. It’s an intimate, heated space offering Hot Sculpt classes multiple times daily.
Hot Sculpt boosts calorie burn, tones muscles, improves circulation, and promotes relaxation through heat-enhanced workouts.
We believe it works because targeted heat increases blood flow and metabolic rate, allowing muscles to work more efficiently, enhance flexibility, and accelerate fat oxidation while creating a focused, sweat-driven environment that reinforces consistency and effort.

What is a workout split? A workout split is a way to organize training by dividing exercises across different days so each muscle group or movement pattern gets focused attention and recovery time. It’s a gym thing, but because our method is pilates and strength we thought it would be a fun way to bring strength into the pilates room.
HOT SCULPT SPLIT SCHEDULE
strengthens your core and tones lower body muscles including our glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, lower back, hip flexors, and inner thighs.
mondays. CORE + LOWER
strengthens your core and tones upper body muscles including our chest, upper and middle back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and forearms.
TUESDAYS. CORE + UPPER
strengthens your core and all body muscles. specifically focusing on lengthening and toning the overall physic.
WEDNESDAYS. FULL BODY
we call this a posterior program and we want this class to be our most popular one because it focuses on toning out our back, glutes, triceps, and calves while improving and preventing posture issues.
THURSDAYS. GLUTES + BACK
a straight 45 min core class is just what someone needs to end their work week. seriously tho, a strong core is everything but it can be boring to do by yourself. imagine this awesome class with a bunch of awesome people around you.
FRIDAYS. FULL CORE
hitting you guys with another full body class especially if you weren’t able to make it during the week!
SATURDAYS. FULL BODY
rest time is just as important as working time. think about that, then do it.
SUNDAY. REST/RECOVERY
