Meet the Founder

Ysabella Dulla | 22 | Owner

Hi everyone! I’m Ysabella, but you can call me Ysa (pronounced ee-sa). I’m the founder of Love, Sai, a fitness space dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through Pilates and personal training.

I’m NASM- and ISSA-certified in Personal Training and Pilates, and my passion for anatomy and physiology drives me to create science-based programs tailored to each individual. One of my greatest strengths is truly listening to people’s concerns and approaching every session with genuine sincerity—because I believe that real progress starts with feeling heard and supported.

Beyond fitness, I love leading a youth group at my home church, editing videos/pictures, writing, shopping, traveling, and connecting with new people.

I’m looking forward to meeting everyone who comes my way and even more excited to serve the people who entrust me with their fitness journeys!
