  • A 5-minute grace period is permitted for all mat-based classes.

For 437 Elevate Reformer and 30:15, late entry is not permitted under any circumstances. Due to the nature of these classes and the use of equipment, it is not safe for instructors to leave the room once class has begun.

Instructors reserve the right to begin class on time and may choose whether or not to wait for all registered attendees.

  • Studio Directions

We are located inside the Carolina Core Professional Center, a large brick building by the lake.

The best place to park is near the coffee shop or the picnic tables.

Enter through the glass double doors. If the doors are locked, please call for the access code.

Once inside, walk left through the building. You will pass the main lobby—continue around the corner where you’ll see a hair salon, Go Forth Coffee, and a fish aquarium.

We are located directly across from the aquarium under the name elleses, Suite 121.
